Job summary

Richemont North America, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Chloe Stylist to welcome guests and act as a trusted advisor, delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience. You will partner with clients, manage relationships, and support omnichannel and after-sales services.

As part of our Maison teams, you will maintain store presentation, adhere to policies, and participate in CRM activities to drive client engagement and sales across channels.

Qualifications

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Be proficient with CRM targets and clienteling tools to reach them.
• Collaborate as an omnichannel partner to grow sales and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service and takes pride in developing long-term relationships.
• Is aware of CRM targets and actively engages in all actions to reach them.
• Implements personalized reach-out campaigns and utilizes all clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe.
• Consistently captures client data and notes qualitative information.
• Knows their portfolio of customers and the VVICs/VICs they handle.
• Has the ability to offer excellent customer service and delivers strong business performance.
• Uses all omnichannel services to grow sales and reach store targets.
• Maintains store environment and BOH standards; supports after-sales service and relationships.
