Job summary

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Deliver an elevated, personalized luxury client experience reflecting the Johnny Was aesthetic.
Build authentic, long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and outreach.
Maintain and grow an active client book with follow-up and appointment selling.
Demonstrate deep product knowledge including fabrication, fit, and seasonal storytelling.
Support store events, trunk shows, and community activations to drive traffic.
Oversee boutique operations and assist with stock replenishment and POS processes.
