Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an experienced Team Manager in Honolulu to support the Director in leading sales, operations, and security teams to meet commercial targets and elevate the Tiffany store experience.

You will mentor and coach staff, manage client relationships personally, and drive hospitality and store capabilities to deliver Tiffany Touch moments. This role requires strong leadership aligned with Tiffany values.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury store management experience or relevant customer related experience.
• Proven track record in sales generation and meeting commercial targets.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Ability to develop new opportunities and maintain client relationships with strong brand presence.

Responsibilities
