ETRO USA is seeking an organized Operations Associate to support daily store operations, shipping, and inventory management in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The candidate will monitor stock levels, assist with cycle counts, and ensure accurate handoffs between store teams and HQ. Strong Excel skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel and Outlook skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in luxury retail or operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily shipping and receiving roles and responsibilities efficiently.
• Assist with biannual End of Season shipping process.
• Manage stock control processes including monthly cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Support inventory, store reconciliation, and repairs coordination with HQ and Ops Manager.
• Ensure BOH is organized and supplies are stocked within budget guidelines.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and store planning updates with HQ and corporate team.
• Oversee e-commerce order fulfillment and related operations.
