Formación

Luxury retail management experience preferred.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Local language plus English.
Flexible to work as required to meet store needs.
Knowledge of fashion and luxury brand ethos.

Responsabilidades

Establish focus on Brand and drive engagement, knowledge and passion across the store team.
Be on the shop floor and act as a brand ambassador for Burberry.
Monitor, coach and give feedback to deliver excellent customer experience.
Maintain a luxury environment and ensure visual merchandising standards.
Drive use of digital assets to enhance the customer experience.
Lead, inspire and manage a high performing store team.
Develop talent and maintain strong connection to the Brand.
Build long-term customer relationships and drive store performance.
