Responsibilities

• Establish a constant focus on Brand, continually driving engagement, knowledge and passion for the Brand across the store team
• Be on the shop floor and lead by example
• Act as a brand ambassador and role model Burberry behaviours
• Coach and provide feedback to deliver excellent customer experience
• Maintain a luxury environment with strong Visual Merchandising execution
• Drive the use of digital assets to enhance the customer experience
• Retain and develop talent across the store
• Lead and manage a high performing, positive team
• Develop the store team through recruitment, training, mobility and succession planning
• Build a learning culture and maintain connection to the Brand
• Advocate product knowledge and ensure consistency across the team
• Understand product sales performance and optimize inventory turnover
• Nurture customer relationships and embed customer-focused behaviours
• Grow long-term customer relationships and drive store performance
• Maintain familiarity with local environment, competitors and talent
• Identify and convert opportunities to improve store performance
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and health & safety requirements
