Job summary

Moncler Group Americas is seeking a seasoned Director of Retail Training to lead the strategy and execution of training across Moncler directly operated stores and concessions in the Americas. This role oversees Field Training Managers, aligns learning with brand standards, and drives selling excellence and client experience.

The ideal candidate has 8–10+ years in retail training with luxury retail experience, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to coaching store teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 8–10+ years in retail training, learning and development, or retail leadership.
• 3–5+ years leading teams across multiple locations (multi-unit).
• Luxury retail experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to design and deliver learning programs in a multi-store organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, localization, and continuous improvement of learning programs across the Americas.
• Oversee Field Training Managers and provide functional leadership to in-store trainers and training majors.
• Partner with Retail Leadership, HR, Merchandising, CRM, Visual Merchandising, and Global Training to adapt global content regionally.
• Maintain direct training responsibility for assigned stores and deliver training, coaching, and workshops on the floor.
• Manage the regional training calendar, budget, and external training partners as required.
• Provide regular visibility into training activity, impact, and opportunities to senior leadership.
