Qualifications

• 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Energetic, passionate, and results-oriented with experience managing a high-volume store.
• Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Ability to travel and work weekends.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Define store strategy and business development priorities, translating targets into clear action plans.
• Drive business management by monitoring KPIs, P&L and costs, ensuring timely corrective actions.
• Leverage market and competitor insights to identify opportunities and adjust priorities.
• Govern inventory and visual merchandising to support availability and store image consistency.
• Own clienteling strategy and CRM discipline, with omnichannel alignment.
• Develop and lead a high-performing store management team, with coaching on the floor.
• Ensure compliance and internal controls across store operations.
