Loro Piana in Beverly Hills seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, optimize sales performance, and manage inventory. You will lead a luxury service standard and build strong client relationships.

The ASM will develop the team, coach staff, and ensure efficient store procedures, including scheduling, cycle counts, and after-sales processing. Weekend travel and lifting up to 40 lbs may be required.

Formación

• 3+ years of management and sales experience in luxury retail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid knowledge of sales, operations and inventory management.
• Willing to travel and work weekends; able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee store team performance and deliver luxury service standards.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and improve operations.
• Coordinate with Store Manager and corporate partners on objectives.
• Support sales process including VIC initiatives.
• Provide coaching and develop team members.
• Manage inventory, cycle counts, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and safety procedures.
