Loro Piana is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, boost sales performance, and manage inventory. This role emphasizes exceptional client service, leadership, and teamwork within a luxury environment.

The ASM will lead by example, drive VIC initiatives with top clients, and collaborate with corporate partners to ensure premium store standards and successful business outcomes.

Competenze

• 5+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Ability to travel and work weekends.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
