Responsibilities

• Drive Sales & Strategy: Forecast, plan, and implement category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adjust strategies.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Create an inclusive, high-energy environment; uphold service standards and act as brand ambassador.
• Lead & Develop Talent: Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; build a strong talent pipeline.
• Execute Omni-Channel & Digital Engagement: Support virtual shopping, clienteling, and data acquisition; leverage social media trends.
• Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and merchandising standards.
