Responsibilities

• Own client data and analytics for North America.
• Help identify and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
• Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales.
• Supervise and follow-up daily goals and tasks of Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff.
• Training and development of Client Advisors, Cashiers & Support Staff.
• Working knowledge of back of house operations and store manuals.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
