Sézane seeks a Store Director for its Atlanta location at Ponce City Market. Lead a high-performing team, uphold luxury service standards, and drive store performance.

You will oversee operations, budgeting, events, and clienteling, while representing the brand with excellence. Prior leadership in a fast-paced luxury retail is preferred, with strong communication and strategic mindset.

Qualificações

• 5 to 7 years of retail management experience in luxury or fast-paced environments.
• Strong communications and team management skills.
• Autonomous, agile, entrepreneurial, and results driven.
• Ability to adapt to become a strong brand ambassador.
• French speaking is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the Brand by providing exceptional client experiences at the store.
• Manage, train and motivate shop team, supporting hiring and development.
• Oversee all operational aspects: retail excellence, visual merchandising, inventory, and budgets.
• Be accountable for shop budgets and financial targets while seeking growth opportunities.
• Develop cross-functional relationships with Paris HQ and local partners.
