Sézane recruits for a key ambassador role in Georgetown, DC, to grow our brand in the United States. You will ensure each client’s experience is exceptional and that our brand ethos is conveyed with empathy and heart.

As a store leader, you will manage operations, coach the team, drive sales, and collaborate with Paris HQ to deliver excellence in customer service and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail preferred.
• 5–7 years of retail management experience.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Represent the Brand by interacting with clients in their shopping experience with high service, product knowledge and basic operations.
• Manage, train and motivate shop team (assist with hiring and recruitment).
• Oversee all operational aspects of the shop (retail excellence, visual merchandising, inventory logistics).
• Be accountable for shop budgets and financial targets while identifying opportunities for growth.
• Monitor performance to propose commercial action plans to maximise sales and minimise costs.
• Develop open relationships and collaborate transversally with Paris HQ team.
