Qualifications

• At least 5 years in a luxury retail management role.
• Proven ability to lead multi-location or concession-based environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with KPI analysis and P&L management.
• Established client book or strong local market network, or a track record of building one quickly.
• Experience planning and executing profitable client events, in-store and off-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall business performance across all assigned locations, with ownership of sales results and KPIs.
• Lead from the selling floor, coaching the team in real time to uphold luxury service standards.
• Maintain full P&L responsibility, including staffing costs and operating expenses.
• Develop, train, and motivate associates to achieve sales goals.
• Build and lead a strong clienteling culture for new and long-term clients.
• Shift in-store outreach toward proactive client development strategies.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across the market.
• Ensure payroll accuracy and adherence to schedules.
• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards across doors.
• Partner with Retail Ops and Merchandising to support inventory accuracy and shrink control.
