Oniverse is seeking a Store Manager in New York to lead a premier luxury retail team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales performance. The role emphasizes coaching staff, maintaining brand standards, and organizing events to elevate the Marras brand in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of managerial experience in luxury fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years managerial experience in a Fashion Luxury Retail environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays during peak season.
• Experience with European brands is a plus.
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build a great team and develop exceptional customer service best practices.
• Ensure the store delivers value and excellence to the clients, aligned with Marras' expectations.
• Provide an excellent client book and foster long-term relationships with customers.
• Coach team members on developing customers' portfolios to meet business goals.
• Keep records of results and provide training for continuous improvement.
• Organize and implement in-store events to enhance brand awareness and growth.
• Maintain high level of visual merchandising and brand alignment.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports for Management and track KPI analysis.
• Ensure operations run smoothly on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
• Hold weekly team meetings to align best practices.
