Job summary

Oniverse is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fashion-forward team and deliver an outstanding in-store experience. You will drive sales, mentor staff, and ensure operations run smoothly on a daily basis in a dynamic retail environment.

You will train your team on product knowledge, maintain brand standards, and execute store strategies to grow customer loyalty and store profitability. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for service and fashion.

Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the US for any Employer.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service and contemporary retail industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Able to lift in excess of 20 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales floor with active engagement of top clients and provide high level customer service.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee stock levels and merchandising alignment across categories.
• Recruit, train and retain a high performing store team.
• Develop product knowledge and brand awareness among staff.
• Partner with District Manager to execute store strategies and events.
