Job summary

Oniverse is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fashion-focused store with a people-oriented mindset. You will train and develop the team, drive profitable sales, and ensure a memorable in-store experience for guests.

You will oversee merchandising, stock management, and daily operations while collaborating with leadership to meet performance goals and brand standards. Prior retail leadership and a passion for fashion are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or retail management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to lead a team, train staff and mentor junior colleagues.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales floor activities and deliver high-level customer service to top clients.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures.
• Oversee stock, merchandising and store operations with the District Manager.
• Mentor and develop team members to improve performance and readiness for leadership roles.
• Contribute to community outreach, events and brand presence to grow store traffic.
