Job summary

Chantecaille is seeking a Store Design Project Manager to lead store design and construction across North America. You will own mid-level projects, coordinating design development, project management, and construction oversight to meet brand standards and retail partner requirements.

The role requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners, a focus on timelines and budgets, and the ability to travel for setups and implementations in luxury environments.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of experience in store design or related project management fields.
• Experience in luxury, beauty, or multi-brand retail is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Construction Management or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• New installations and remodels for stores, spas, and facial rooms.
• Manage pop-ups, events, and special retail executions.
• Oversee ongoing repairs and maintenance across locations.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and status reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and retailers; track milestones and approvals.
• Ensure documentation, landlord submissions, and internal reviews are completed.
