Job summary

OMEGA SA in Miami is seeking an experienced project manager to lead store design initiatives on-site for North America and the Caribbean. You will coordinate with wholesale partners, HQ store design, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, brand-aligned project delivery across multiple retailers.

The role requires 5+ years in luxury retail construction, strong negotiation skills, and expertise in budgets, schedules, and vendor management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Vocational Degree in Construction, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or related fields is required
• Minimum 5 years in luxury retail construction project management
• 5+ years of experience with luxury materials, finishes, furnishings, displays and equipment
• Hands-on knowledge of retail development workflows
• Procurement experience is a plus
• Excellent project management skills (MS Project, Excel)
• Ability to create and manage project budgets
• Understanding of building department procedures in major US cities
• Strong negotiator of vendor and general contractor agreements and change orders
• Highly organized with daily follow-up and a service-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Offer a high touch client experience across all projects
• Present proposals to clients and stakeholders, assisting wholesale director and sales managers
• Maintain the global Omega experience with Wholesale partners and stakeholders
• Ensure brand integrity and consistent identity across interactions
• Ensure construction documents are accurate and compliant with brand/industry standards
• Track and manage project budgets and schedules
• Develop, manage, and monitor project timelines and vendor coordination
