Job summary

STONE is seeking a skilled Floor Supervisor to oversee daily precast and cast stone production in a warehouse setting. You will supervise mold handling, mixing, casting, curing, and finishing, while guiding a team and ensuring quality craftsmanship.

The role requires leadership and excellent communication, with the ability to train staff and enforce safety and efficiency in a hands-on environment. On-site work with potential for advancement and benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in precast, cast stone, or concrete manufacturing.
• Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
• Experience in related trades such as carpentry or masonry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist with daily precast or cast stone production.
• Manage molds, mixing, casting, curing, and finishing processes.
• Train and support production staff.
• Perform quality checks and light patching/finishing work.
• Load trucks, crate, package, and move heavy products (50–100+ lbs).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Assist with deliveries and on-site assembly as needed.
