Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Stock Controller to support inventory accuracy, product availability, and exceptional client experiences. You will manage back-of-house operations, ensure smooth stockroom-to-floor flow, and collaborate with store leadership and sales teams in a luxury retail environment.

Role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with inventory management and POS systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail stock, inventory, operations, logistics, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily inventory activities including receiving, shipping, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, and stock organization.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product availability through proper processing and replenishment.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with accurate documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify discrepancies for resolution.
• Support physical inventories and cycle counts; assist in inventory control initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and proper handling of merchandise.
• Assist clients with repairs, returns, and inquiries to deliver premium service.
• Respond promptly to product requests from the sales floor to support engagement.
• Collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
