Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Stock Controller to support operational excellence and inventory accuracy in a luxury retail environment. You will manage back-of-house operations, ensure seamless product flow between stockroom and sales floor, and support the client experience with accurate stock handling.

Responsibilities include receiving, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, and loss prevention compliance, while collaborating with Store Management, the Senior Stock Controller, and sales teams to

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail stock, inventory, operations, logistics, or related experience.
• Luxury retail or premium customer-focused environment preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, replenishment, and stockroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily inventory activities including receiving, shipping, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, and stock organization.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product availability through timely processing and organization.
• Coordinate shipments with accurate processing and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, review reports, and escalate discrepancies for resolution.
• Support physical inventories, cycle counts, and other control initiatives.
