Job summary

Moncler in the United States seeks a Stock Controller to uphold inventory accuracy and ensure seamless product flow between the stockroom and the sales floor. You will partner with Store Management and the sales team to support efficient operations and a premium client experience.

You will manage receiving, transfers, replenishment, and cycle counts, while maintaining inventory accuracy and timely stock organization. This role requires attention to detail and collaboration across store teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years retail stock, inventory, or related experience.
• Experience in luxury retail or premium customer-focused environment preferred.
• Experience supporting inventory management, shipping/receiving, replenishment, and stockroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate luxury service standards in daily stock operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product availability through timely processing and replenishment.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with accurate documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and escalate discrepancies for resolution.
• Support biweekly inventory consolidations to balance stock across the network.
