Job summary

Moncler Dallas seeks a Stock Controller to drive inventory accuracy, product availability, and premium client service in a luxury retail environment. You will manage receiving, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, and stockroom organization to ensure a seamless flow between stock and sale floors.

Collaborating with Store Management and the sales team, you will uphold Moncler's standards, support loss prevention, and maintain a secure, organized back-of-house.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail stock, inventory, operations, logistics, or related experience.
• Experience in luxury retail or a premium customer‑focused environment preferred.
• Experience supporting inventory management, shipping, replenishment, and stockroom operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily inventory activities: receiving, shipping, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, stock organization.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product availability by processing, organizing, and replenishing merchandise promptly.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments with accurate processing and documentation.
