Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Stock Controller in Seattle to support luxury store operations, inventory accuracy, and product availability. This role ensures seamless product flow between stockroom and sales floor while upholding Moncler’s high standards of service.

You will handle receiving, transfers, replenishment, and cycle counts, collaborating with store management and sales teams to optimize operations and client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail stock, inventory, operations, or related experience.
• Luxury retail or premium customer-focused environment preferred.
• Experience with inventory management, shipping/receiving, replenishment, and stockroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily inventory activities: receiving, shipping, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, and stock organization.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product availability; ensure merchandise is processed and replenished timely.
• Coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments; ensure accurate processing and documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels, review reports, identify discrepancies, and escalate issues.
• Support physical inventories and biweekly consolidations to balance inventory across the network.
