Job summary

Moncler Group is seeking a Stock Controller to support operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and a premium client experience. This role partners with Store Management and the sales team to ensure seamless product flow between stockroom and sales floor, accurate receiving and transfers, and timely replenishment.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, strong organization, and collaboration to maintain product availability, accurate counts, and compliant inventory procedures in a luxury

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail stock, inventory, operations, logistics, or related experience.
• Experience in luxury retail or premium customer-focused environment preferred.
• Experience supporting inventory management, shipping and receiving, replenishment, and stockroom operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily inventory activities including receiving, shipping, transfers, replenishment, cycle counts, and stock organization.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and product availability through timely processing and organization.
• Coordinate shipments and document processing accurately.
• Monitor inventory levels and escalate discrepancies for resolution.
• Support physical inventories and biweekly consolidations to balance inventory.
