Job summary

Moncler Group in East Rutherford, NJ is seeking a Stock Controller to support store operations, inventory accuracy, and an exceptional client experience. You will manage back-of-house processes, cycle counts, and product flow between the stockroom and sales floor with a focus on luxury service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail stock, inventory, operations or related experience.
• Luxury retail or premium customer-focused environment preferred.
• Experience supporting inventory management, shipping/receiving, replenishment and stockroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate luxury service standards and operational best practices in daily execution.
• Partner with Store Management and sales team to ensure efficient store operations and product flow.
• Maintain strong communication between back of house and sales floor to address needs quickly.
• Assist clients with repairs, returns, and inquiries while delivering premium service.
• Support physical inventories, cycle counts, and inventory-control initiatives.
