Job summary

Moncler is recruiting a Stock Controller to support back-of-house operations, inventory management, and product flow between stockroom and sales floor. You will work with store leadership, the Senior Stock Controller, and the sales team to ensure merchandise availability and exceptional client experiences.

Key duties include conducting daily inventory activities, processing receipts and transfers, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail stock, inventory, operations, logistics, or related experience.
• Experience in luxury retail or premium customer-focused environment preferred.
• Experience supporting inventory management, shipping and receiving, replenishment, and stockroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Moncler's luxury service standards and operational best practices through day-to-day execution.
• Partner with Store Management, the Senior Stock Controller, and the sales team to support efficient store operations and product flow.
• Maintain strong communication between back of house and sales floor to ensure merchandise needs and priorities are addressed.
• Support the sales team with product requests, replenishment, and inventory-related needs to help deliver a seamless client experience.
• Participate in training and ongoing development to build knowledge of Company operational standards, systems, and procedures.
