Job summary

Hotel Bennett is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor to oversee the stewarding team, ensuring top-tier cleanliness and organization across all culinary and service areas. You will support culinary and banquet operations while upholding sanitation regulations and the elevated standards of a luxury hotel environment.

Responsibilities include supervising shifts, maintaining cleaning schedules, and coordinating with culinary leadership to ensure proper staffing and equipment readiness for events.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of stewarding or kitchen sanitation experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Supervise stewarding staff during shifts to ensure cleaning and organization of all kitchen equipment and dishware.
• Ensure dishes, glassware and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and stored according to luxury standards and health regulations.
• Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly stewarding cleaning schedules.
• Oversee deep-cleaning initiatives including equipment, floors, drains, walk-ins, and storage areas.
• Train team members on cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and chemical safety.
