Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Steward Colleagues responsible for banquet backing, stocking, and handling china, silverware, glassware, and other beverage vessels.
• Assist to supervise daily stewarding operations across kitchen and F&B areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of Kitchen and Food & Beverage spaces; manage dishwashing from all areas.
