Dorchester Collection is seeking a Steward at The Beverly Hills Hotel to join our luxury team. You will maintain cleanliness of dishes, prep areas, and kitchen spaces, ensuring flawless service and guest experience.

The role offers comprehensive benefits, training via our award-winning academy, flexible shifts, and meals on duty. You’ll work with a passionate team in a globally renowned hotel group, delivering legendary hospitality.

Competenze

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Team-oriented with flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, flatware, pots, pans and prep areas.
• Wash pots, pans, tools and trays; sweep and mop kitchen floors and banquet areas.
• Fulfill guest special requests involving kosher dishes and setup.
• Identify and report imperfections; collaborate with other roles to correct issues.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure alignment and service flow.
