Job summary

The Beverly Hills Hotel, a Dorchester Collection property, seeks a Steward for its Lobby Café to join a luxury hospitality team.

You will deliver clean dishes, assist kitchen and dining operations, and engage in our award-winning learning academy to reach the highest standards of craft, service, and leadership.

Flexibility across shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays is required as we shape the iconic Pink Palace dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• English is the primary language used in the hotel.
• Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, flatware, pots, pans and prep areas.
• Wash pots and kitchen tools; sweep and mop kitchen floors.
• Fulfill guest requests for kosher dishes and special setups.
• Report blemishes and coordinate with other departments to ensure quality.
• Communicate with hotel teams to maintain alignment and service standards.
