L’Ermitage Beverly Hills is seeking a diligent Steward to maintain cleanliness of all food and beverage areas, wash and sanitize dishes, and assist with kitchen duties under culinary leadership.

Applicants should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; prior sanitation or kitchen experience is a plus for joining our Five-Star, AAA Five Diamond property in Beverly Hills.

Formación

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, flatware, glassware, and kitchen tools.
• Clean and maintain dish machines and kitchen equipment.
• Assist with basic food prep and plating under culinary leadership.
• Remove waste, recycle, and maintain sanitary back-of-house areas.
• Restock supplies and organize deliveries using FIFO practices.
• Follow safety, allergy awareness, and sanitation guidelines.
