• Maintaining clean, fully stocked, guest-ready tables and service stations, ensuring glassware, silverware, linens, condiments and ice meet standards across Lobby Café and Hotel Bar.
• Assisting with running food and beverages, clearing with precision and timing, and ensuring seamless service flow between outlets.
