Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in hospitality or spa.
• Strong leadership with proven guest and team engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Lead the team and provide individual support and direction when necessary.
• Ensure on-time appointments and accommodate special guest requests to maintain a serene spa experience.
