Starwood Hotels is seeking an Assistant Director of Spa & Wellness to lead our luxury spa team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will guide day-to-day operations, ensuring serenity, timely appointments, and attentive service across a 24-hour operation.

We value leaders who can drive guest satisfaction, staff engagement, and financial performance while upholding Starwood’s premium standards and sustainable hospitality ethos.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of similar work experience.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledgeable of spa operations and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

About You...

Passionate about hospitality, spas and guest service with a minimum of 2 years of similar work experience.

A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.

Advanced knowledgeable of spa operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.

Excels at communication, both verbal and written.

Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Salary range: $110-118K
