Job summary

Starwood Hotels is seeking an Assistant Wellness Manager to lead our luxury spa team in Hawaii. You will ensure on-time appointments, handle guest requests, and uphold a serene spa environment while driving service excellence.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of spa leadership experience, a post-secondary diploma or degree is a plus, and strong communication skills. You must be flexible to a 24-hour operation and focused on guest and team engagement.
