With at least five years of spa management in a luxury hotel, you will oversee a skilled team, collaborate with property leadership, and uphold Five-Star standards while managing budgets and programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of spa management experience in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent reading, writing and spoken English.
• Proven ability to create and implement spa service menus and manage staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop spa leadership and staff.
• Collaborate with property leadership to align with Five-Star standards.
• Develop and implement spa offerings, service menus and retail concepts.
• Monitor budgets, costs and revenue for the Wellness Department.
• Ensure timely and clear guest communications across the department.
