Job summary

Devil's Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa in Colorado is seeking a Spa Director to lead Ranch Creek Spa operations, drive revenue, and manage guest satisfaction. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, and a team of therapists, estheticians, receptionists, and a housekeeper while ensuring service excellence in a high-end resort environment.

The role requires strong spa operations knowledge, 4+ years in resort spa management, and leadership skills to develop managers and staff.

Qualifications

Minimum of four years experience in Resort Spa Management.
Demonstrated knowledge in all aspects of spa operations.
Must have working knowledge of spa scheduling software.
Experience managing a spa departmental team with over 15 team members.
Able to lead and develop managers and staff.

Responsibilities

Direct and manage day-to-day operations for Ranch Creek Spa.
Develop and manage the spa budget and monitor monthly P&L.
Schedule therapists, estheticians, receptionists, and housekeeper within budgeted guidelines.
Ensure product quality and high standards of guest service.
Provide ongoing staff training and mentoring; oversee guest service and respond to guest problems.
