Enchantment Resort in Sedona seeks a Journey Concierge for Mii amo Spa to provide warm, personal, and anticipatory service to Journey guests. You will align with Forbes 5-Star spa standards, handling information requests, reservations, and changes to ensure a superior guest experience.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, cross-department communication, and supporting guests with spa, dining, transportation, and activities to deliver seamless service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in guest service is preferred.
• Fluent English and empathetic communication with guests and team.
• Strong computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome journey guests and assist with their needs.
• Provide guests with information about Mii amo, Enchantment, Trail House and local amenities.
• Offer solutions by embracing the next best yes.
• Assist with spa, restaurants, transportation, activities, or any guest needs.
• Provide confirmation and follow up with providers to ensure guest assistance.
• Communicate effectively between departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and neat work environment.
• Coordinate with the MOD on updates and changes.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reporting issues and punching in.
• Conduct daily amenity deliveries and ensure guest experience.
• Provide seamless service between Mii amo and Enchantment teams.
• Monitor lobby/front desk and report maintenance issues.
• All other duties as assigned.
