Responsibilities include welcoming guests, coordinating with spa, dining, and activities teams, and ensuring seamless guest experiences across the property. Strong communication and computer skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; able to work with or without direct supervision.
• Fluent English with empathetic, authentic communication and professional guest service.
• Strong computer skills and a positive, flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Welcome journey guests and assist with their needs.
• Provide accurate information about Mii amo and Boynton Canyon.
• Offer solutions using the 'next best yes' approach.
• Assist with spa, restaurants, transportation, and activities.
• Confirm and follow up with providers for guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate effectively between departments to avoid issues.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and neat work environment.
• Check with the MOD daily for updates or changes.
• Handle administrative tasks such as reporting issues and breaks.
• Conduct daily amenity deliveries and special occasions.
• Ensure seamless service between Mii amo and Enchantment teams.
• Monitor lobby/front desk and report maintenance issues.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to support operations.
