Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Spa Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa department at Wynn Las Vegas. This role provides leadership to enhance employee engagement and guest satisfaction and serves as Spa Manager on duty during designated shifts.

You will lead hourly supervisors, manage labor and payroll, train staff, ensure Wynn standards, and balance the books for the spa. The position requires excellence in guest service, teamwork, and calm performance under pressure.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current Food Handler’s Card.
• High school diploma or equivalent or better.
• Experience in luxury spa or resort leadership preferred.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to provide feedback and motivate staff at all levels.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
• Able to work with deadlines without constant supervision.
• Weekend availability and flexible shifts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and spa software systems.
• Familiarity with SpaSoft, HotSOS, Market Metrix, MMS Agilysys and Opera.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spa operations and uphold Wynn and Forbes standards.
• Respond to guest requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Lead Spa Supervisors and staff; model excellent guest interactions.
• Provide feedback to management to enhance guest experience.
• Manage labor, payroll, vacation, and benefits tracking.
• Act as Spa Manager on duty during shifts.
• Balance books for the technical team and monitor financials.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain staff training and performance reviews.
• Interview and hire hourly staff as needed.
• Educate staff on services and drive department revenue growth.
