Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas seeks a Vice President of Hotel Operations to lead the Housekeeping and Front Office, including Wynn and Encore Tower Suites, Resort Front Desks, Concierge Services, Group Desk, Hotel Management and VIP Services. You will set financial goals, monitor labor and operating costs, and ensure guest relations are handled with tact and diplomacy while driving guest and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in high-end hotel operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, labor, and operating costs.
• Proven negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with union and non-union environments.
• Willingness to work long hours based on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Housekeeping and Front Office including VIP services.
• Set short- and long-term financial goals and monitor labor and operating costs.
• Ensure core values and department standards are implemented.
• Manage guest relations with diplomacy and exemplary service.
• Oversee budgeting, staffing, training, and performance management.
• Plan and implement business policies to maximize returns.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety standards.
