Job summary

The Wynn Las Vegas seeks a seasoned executive to lead Hotel Operations, including Housekeeping, Front Desks, Concierge, and VIP services across Wynn and Encore Tower Suites. You will drive financial performance, set labor budgets, and ensure guest and employee satisfaction in a premier luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in executive hotel leadership (VP/GM/Residence or Hotel Manager) in boutique luxury hospitality.
• Four-year degree highly preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Housekeeping and Front Office for Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Tower Suites, VIP and guest services.
• Set short- and long-term financial goals; manage labor and operating budgets.
• Oversee staffing, training, performance management and vendor relations to ensure service excellence.
• Analyze operations to evaluate performance and implement improvements; enforce policies and safety standards.
• Promote guest satisfaction and maintain confidentiality, integrity, and professional conduct across departments.
