Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas LLC seeks a Spa Guest Attendant to deliver uncompromising guest service and orient guests to spa facilities. You will ensure lounge areas are neat, sanitized, and well stocked while engaging guests in luxury conversations and guiding them through spa amenities.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, tours, reminders of service times, and promoting spa offerings, with adherence to company values and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months customer service experience.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Ability to multitask in a luxury spa setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with guests as they enter and exit the facility.
• Provide a luxury guest experience while engaging conversations with guests and team members.
• Maintain lounges, lockers and relaxation areas clean, neat and stocked.
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of spa products, features, and amenities.
• Issue spa lockers, robes and slippers to guests and orient them.
• Provide a tour of spa amenities and ensure guests are comfortable.
• Review guest appointments and remind guests of service times.
• Actively promote spa services, treatments and promotions available.
• Provide accurate and immediate responses to guest requests.
• Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction and attend staff trainings and meetings.
• Uphold Resorts World core values and department standards.
• Possess and maintain position-specific licensing.
