• Attend all staff meetings and huddles as scheduled.

• Ability to multi-task across frontline duties.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Responsibilities

• Answers phones and greets guests with a smile.
• Confirms daily appointments and schedules using MEEVO software.
• Prepares and finalizes sale tickets and educates guests on spa services and products.
• Manages spa schedule and ensures smooth guest flow and positive experiences.
• Supports the Spa Director and the entire spa team.
• Keeps the workspace tidy and adheres to handbook policies.
