Job summary

The Pfister Hotel WELL Spa in downtown Milwaukee is seeking a personable Part-Time Spa Associate to greet guests, process intake, and guide arrivals for a seamless, premium experience.

You will schedule appointments, recommend services and retail, and handle inquiries with warmth across in-person, phone, and digital channels, contributing to guest satisfaction and spa revenue.

What you will be doing

• Serve as the welcoming first impression of WELL Spa, creating a warm, professional, and memorable experience for every guest.
• Greet clients upon arrival, process pre-treatment paperwork, and personally guide guests to the spa to ensure a seamless and relaxing start to their visit.
• Schedule, manage, and confirm appointments while maintaining accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.
• Build guest relationships by recommending personalized services and retail products that enhance the spa experience, encourage repeat visits, and support revenue goals.
• Ensure guest inquiries are handled promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through digital communication channels.
