The Pfister Hotel, a landmark Milwaukee luxury property, seeks an Esthetician to deliver personalized skincare experiences at WELL Spa + Salon. You will perform facials, body treatments, and waxing, guided by WELL Spa standards, ensuring guest comfort and safety.

This part-time, commission-based role requires a Wisconsin Esthetician license, strong skincare knowledge, and exceptional guest service to build lasting relationships and enhance the guest experience.

Competenze

Current Wisconsin Esthetician License in good standing or ability to obtain before employment.
Strong knowledge of skincare techniques, product ingredients, sanitation practices, and spa standards.
Exceptional guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills for a welcoming experience.

Mansioni

Perform esthetic services including facials, skincare treatments, waxing, and specialty services per WELL Spa standards.
Conduct thorough guest consultations to assess skin and goals while ensuring comfort and safety.
Maintain clean, sanitized treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies.
