Job summary

Fairmont Century Plaza in Los Angeles is seeking a Spa Experience Coordinator to warmly welcome guests, guide them to the right treatments, and manage spa and hotel visits with meticulous attention to detail.

You will book and adjust appointments in Book4Time, coordinate group bookings, and ensure each guest leaves relaxed and satisfied. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are required for this part-time role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury spa, hotel front desk or guest-facing role is preferred.
• Experience with Book4Time or a similar booking system is an asset.
• Warm, polished presence that reflects a positive, healthy lifestyle.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine guest-service mindset.
• Calm and solution-focused in busy moments.
• Skilled at multitasking and managing your time well.
• Comfortable with computers, cash handling and basic accounting.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest: Greet guests warmly and manage check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, share knowledge of treatments and spa offerings.
• Curate the journey: Book, modify and cancel spa, fitness and wellness appointments; create itineraries; coordinate group reservations.
• Care beyond the expected: Respond to guest requests, follow up to ensure satisfaction; assist with special needs; manage payments; participate in trainings.
